The Embodied Mystic Initiation
In this unique 3 month virtual and in-person group program you will rediscover that the mystical you’ve been searching for is already here- and it's in your body. Be held in a 6 part curriculum created to reconnect you with the ultimate Divinity that lies within your very bones. Heal your body, call on your true power, and embody your mystic- The best part? After three months of deep connection we will all meet for a long weekend retreat at the beach to be submersed in ritual, attuned to Reiki, and forever connected to eachother. I believe you truly can have everything you want, not by taking a magic pill, but through the willingness to bravely look within to find the way rather than seeking outside of yourself. This isn’t about wishing… it’s about personal responsibility, and trust.
Like many, my own healing journey, awakened me to the value of my life, and the magic I hold within. I choose to use my body as a guide to seek answers, and live in gratitude for this life and all of the challenges it has given me. I want that to ripple out and become infectious through my presence and my work.
I focus on the somatic approach of revealing the energetics underneath body-based symptoms of disease. I hold a fluency in the language of the body, with a background in yoga and ayurveda.
We approach change through listening to your body’s cue and needs, and then you learn how to do this yourself throughout our time together. Once we get out of the thinking brain and into the knowing body we access the deeper wisdom of our soul.
